Breakthrough treatment for diabetes

Lenola Fire Hall in Moorestown to fill totes for children in area homeless shelters.  

• Please REMOVE hangers from pajamas whenever possible (tags can stay on, but hangers cannot fit into the bags)
• We love the Kohl’s Cares for Kids line of products, which provides a top-quality book or stuffed animal for $5.00.  We also love the blankets and stuffies available at Five Below!
• Blankets need to fit into the 18" tote, so a fleece throw (like the ones found at Five Below) is a great selection for an older child.  Baby blankets are best for the babies.
• WHENEVER POSSIBLE, GENDER NEUTRAL IS GREAT!
• What are the size requirements for the stuffed animals?  The stuffed animals should be no larger than 18” in order to properly fit inside of our tote bag. The ideal stuffed animals would be “snuggle size”.  Please do not use tiny stuffed animals.  It isn’t fair if some children receive full-sized stuffed animals while other receive only “mini” ones. Again, the small Squishmallows found at Five Below are PERFECT!
• Are there any other restrictions? Please no Beanie Babies or similar tiny friends.  No books or stuffed animals with battery compartments.  No stuffed animals that make noises --such as singing, reciting prayers, etc. No commemorative stuffed animals with years sewn on them. While this is a holiday event for us, the kids will use these items all year, so keep that in mind while shopping.

This show’s headliner, Dean Edwards, was here last spring as a last minute substitute for the original headliner who had to back out to go on a month-long tour.  Dean was quite possibly our best comic to date and we are very excited to have him back.  Our promoter and opener is Moorestown-grown Joel Richardson and our third comic is Haig Hovnanian, also Moorestown-raised.  We will also have a fourth comic joining us – he has yet to be booked.

 

As in the past, the doors of the Community House will open at 6:30 for you those of you who would like to bring your dinner and join us for an indoor picnic, if you will.  The show will commence at 7:30.  The club will provide water and some light snacks and you are welcome to bring your own food and beverage.  You’ll also find information about buying a prepared box meal from Moorestown’s Cathy’s Catering on the ticket purchasing page.

 

This could be a great team-building event for you and your staff.  Please join us for a night of fellowship, fun and laughter.  I’m sure that you will have a good time.

The market is open the second Thursday of every month, through September. Food trucks, games, live music, and a beer garden are open at the Moorestown Municipal Complex from 5-8 p.m.
