Masks are optional. Red Cross is no longer doing the Covid antibody test for those who donate blood.
Anyone who has donated whole blood within 56 days prior to February 16 is ineligible to donate blood. Anyone who has donated blood via apheresis (double red) within 112 days prior to February 16 is ineligible to donate blood.
For those who may be regular platelet donors, you are eligible to donate whole blood 6 days after donating platelets (eligible on the day 7). Blood donors are eligible to donate platelets 2 days after donating whole blood (eligible on day 3).
For those who may be regular plasma donors, you may donate blood 28 days after donating plasma. If donating just plasma, you may donate whole blood after 27 days but there may be other factors from the original donation that could push that timeframe to 56 days. The donor would have to consult with the Red Cross in trying to figure out what type of donation they gave and their next eligibility date.
A sign up sheet will be circulating at upcoming meetings.
editor's note: if you donated at the Moorestown Interact MLK Drive, you will not be eligible to donate at the yearly Rotary Club of Moorestown/ Moorestown Friends School Blood Drive on February 16 as the two dates are too close in time.

Indian Cultural Center, Marlton
For the first time in three years, Rotary District 7505 is holding an in person District Training Assembly. The Training Assembly is FREE to all members!
This is a great opportunity to learn more about Rotary and to meet Rotarians from other clubs.
It will also include a mandatory training session (at least 2 members per club) if a Club wishes to apply for a District Grant in the 2023-2024 Rotary year. Our Club applies for this grant every year.
Two club members in each club must be trained each year.
Our incoming President, Nick Pantle, received Grant Training during the District President Elect Training in February.
We are looking for one more Club member to attend the Training Assembly for District Grant Training on April 22.
Please contact Andrew Mackerer if you would like to attend: (andrewrotary2022@gmail.com)
An email was previously sent to all members under separate cover for details on signing up for the District Training Assembly and other sessions being held.
