When you arrive, you can ask for Nick Pantle, or whoever scheduled your appearance for help setting up.
12:00 people start to arrive. Speakers usually set up a laptop if they want to have an A/V component to the presentation. Mac & PC are compatible with the on-site screen and projector.
12:15 Meeting officially starts with call to order by President, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, and sometimes a song.

A few notes:
Our club varies in size from 75-90 members at any given time.
We usually have between 50-60 members in attendance.
You may hand out flyers if you’d like.
Please do not make your presentation an advertisement for your business. We would like to hear all about your experiences, charity, or non-profit, but do not want a sales pitch for your line of work.
Please be respectful of people’s time. Most of our members work and need to be able to leave to get back to work promptly at 1:30.
Dress is business or business casual.
